💋 Damaged or Defective Products?
If your order arrives looking like it went through a wild night before it got to you, snap a pic and email us within 48 hours of delivery at Morty@weedmanandglassman.com. We’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.
🔥 Missing That Special Package?
If your order gets lost in transit or shows as delivered but you never received it, we’ll help track it down. Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate and work with you on a resolution.
